Booking & Reservations

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an Original copy of a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel assets. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Certain policies are booking-specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or canceled. In case of availability, Mela by HALF will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.
Pets are not allowed.

Booking Deposits/ Payments

50% booking deposit at the time of booking to reserve the property/rooms and 50% will be due 15 days before the check in date.
100% booking amount will be charged during blackout periods (peak seasons and festive period bookings) such as but not limited to Diwali, Holi, EID, Christmas and New Year’s (btw 15-Dec to 10-Jan) or during events such as Sunburn, IFFI, Bikers Mania, etc.

Cancellation Policies

We would love to have you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds. All dates counted as of 12 noon.
In case of cancellation 30 days before check in then there is a zero cancellation charge and any deposit or booking advances are 100% refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days and more than 15 days before check in, then there is a 50% cancellation charge that applies.
In case of cancellation 14 days or less before the check in date then 100% cancellation charge will apply.
In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be charged for the entire stay for which the reservation was originally made for.

Refund Policy

In case of a reservation cancelled, subject to the terms of cancellation policies, the refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of bank account details from the customer (not valid for black-out periods).
Credit card transaction or processing fee if any will be deducted from the refund.
Refund will be processed in local currency only.
No refund will be processed for late cancellations or for the no-shows on the date of arrival in any case whatsoever.

Extra Adult/ Child Policy and Additional Beds

From October to May
• Children upto the age of 6 years will be complimentary.
• Children between 7 to 11 years will be charged @ Rs.1250/- per child per night on CP basis inclusive of extra bed, linen, towels, pool towels, toiletries, etc.
• Children of 12 years and above will be considered as an adult and will be charged @ Rs.1500/- on CP basis inclusive of extra bed, linen, towels, pool towels, toiletries, etc.
• Baby High Chair is also available for toddlers for feeding.

From June to September
